Tertiary lymphoid structures (TLSs) are ectopic lymphoid structures in chronic inflammation or tumors in peripheral tissues. TLS maturation is associated with clinical advantages of tumor immunotherapy. However, the underlying mechanisms of TLS formation remain elusive. Here we investigated the roles of SETDB1 in TLS formation in hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC).
