Heart failure therapy (HFT) is routinely continued in breast cancer survivors after recovery from anti-HER2 cancer therapy-related cardiac dysfunction (CTRCD), despite limited evidence. HER-SAFE is the first randomised trial to assess HFT withdrawal in this population.
